Extended health insurance
As Registered Clinical Counsellors, our services are recognised by most extended health plans in BC. Where we do not bill directly, we provide a detailed receipt after every session.
Coverage varies from plan to plan. Please check with your provider about your specific coverage — the amount covered, the percentage reimbursed, and any yearly limits.
Payment & cancellation
Payment is taken through our secure booking system at the time of your session.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Later cancellations and missed appointments may be charged 50–100% of the session fee.
Genuine emergencies happen — get in touch as soon as you can and we will do our best to work with you.
